Body Talk

 Body Talk facilitates communication within the body to allow for healing to occur on all levels.

Body Talk views the body as interactive systems working together in synchronicity as opposed to separate systems working independently.  Each system of the body depends on every other system in the body in order to function harmoniously.  When one part of the body is not functioning properly, other parts of the body are not able to function at their peak.

The Body Talk System incorporates a variety of techniques from both eastern and western medicine perspectives to facilitate communication within the body, and promote healing on all levels.

Body Talk techniques can be performed in any position that is comfortable for you, including at home in or in a healing room.

Reiki

Reiki promotes healing on all levels, and balances the chakras.

Chakra is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning "wheel", which  refers to a vortex of swirling energy.  There are seven charkas (energy wheels) along your central energy channel.  Each chakra has a unique vibrational frequency that correlates with aspects of our physical, mental, and emotional well being.

   

When our chakras are in balance, we experience peace and harmony.   When our chakras are out of balance, we experience physical, mental, and emotional disharmony.   

It is important to keep our chakras balanced in order for our body, mind and spirit to function harmoniously.​
